“In God, whose word I praise, in the Lord, whose word I praise, in God I trust; I am not afraid. What can a mere mortal do to me? My vows to you I must perform, O God; I will render thank offerings to you. For you have delivered my soul from death, and my feet from falling, so that I may walk before God in the light of life.” Psalm 56:10-13

When the New York Yankees were in the playoffs several years ago, they would have a famous Tenor come out during the 7^th inning stretch and sing “God Bless America.”  It usually gave me goose bumps.  I can only think of one thing to give you today…

God Bless America.  Land that I love
Stand beside her, and guide her
Thru the night with a light from above.
From the mountains, to the prairies ,
To the oceans, white with foam
God bless America
My home sweet home.
