Put your hand to the plow
Set your face toward His Word;
The time to act is now
Looking back is to be feared.

Once you say “I will follow”
It is the beginning of the fight;
For the way of the Plow
Will require strength and sight.

Looking back, out of fear
Was the end for Lot’s wife;
She was warned — shed no tear
Without trust — she gave her life. 

Put your hand to the plow
Set your face fixed toward G*d;
The time to act is now
The time to prepare the sod.

If you plow you shall reap
What was sown in the Spring;
G*d looks to give — to heap
Every blessing — Everything.
