Smoke – Rev. David J. Schreffler

A whisp of smoke through the sunlight gleams
Captures a moment – glimmering streams

Then it is gone, this faint array
Of light and mist – an ethereal display

So goes life between wants and cares
Shimmering moments – gone in thin air

Like mist in the sunlight, snapshots lost
Or as the winter sun melts a field of frost.
